Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

“Backorder” products will take longer to be dispatched as they need to be ordered from our supplier. This could add an extra 5 working days to your order.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom & International delivery

We are currently offering delivery to mainland UK addresses, but cannot ship Aromas internationally. This service is provided by Royal Mail. If the website allows you to pay for it, then we can ship it!

Dispatch confirmation & Order tracking

If the delivery method you have chosen includes tracking, you will receive an email confirmation of your dispatch and tracking details.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact the delivery agent to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
